Link to Exhibitor Logos from the Exhibitors Screen

You can create a custom field on the Exhibitors screen that links to an exhibitor's logo on the web.

1. Click the Custom Reports and Links link from the Main Menu. The Custom Reports and Links page opens.
2. Click the Add button. The Add Custom Report or Link window opens.
3. Enter the necessary information:
   • Description – Name of the report or link. For example, Online Exhibitor Logo.
   • Display – Select In Subject.
   • Subject – Select Exhibitors.
   • Execution Mode – Select URL.
   • Command – Enter the below link. Include your own URL domain where indicated:
     • <URL domain>/<prod or test>/USIFileServer.ashx?IsMomentusHTMLPublic=1&HandlerMode=View&ExhibitorImageSeq={Sequence Number - Exhibitor Online Image}
     • Example: http://yourorganization.com/prod/USIFileServer.ashx?IsMomentusHTMLPublic=1&HandlerMode=View&ExhibitorImageSeq={Sequence Number - Exhibitor Online Image}
4. Click OK.
5. Click the Exhibitors link from the Main Menu. The Exhibitors page opens.
6. Right-click on the column headers in the grid.
7. Select Show Columns. The Column Settings window opens.
8. Click the Add Field button in the upper-right corner of the screen. The Add Custom Field, Column, or Action window opens.
9. Select the Action or Link radio button.
10. Click Continue. The Add Custom Link window opens.
11. Enter the necessary information based on the Custom Link added in previous steps:
    • Label – Name of the custom link. For example, Online Exhibitor Logo Link.
    • Link – Select the link added in step 3.
12. Click OK. You return to the Column Settings window.
13. Add the link created in step 11 to the Selected section of the Column Settings window.
14. Click OK. The column is visible on the Exhibitors page. Click the hyperlink in the field to open a browser to view or download the image.
