A user is locked out of Momentus Enterprise in the following scenarios:
- 3 incorrect password attempts. After 30 minutes, the user can attempt to log in again.
- Outlook Add-In or Office Add-In has an incorrect password. When these add-ins are used, the system logs in in the background and an incorrect password causes the user to get locked out.
To bypass the lock, the user can reset their password from the cloud login page. Click the Forgot Password link and the reset of the password unlocks the account.
