Momentus Technologies has modified DocuSign authentication within service releases 30.98F, 30.99C and 23.1 in compliance with DocuSign’s authentication standards.
If your organization is licensed to Electronic Signatures/DocuSign, please note that there are required configuration changes after patching/upgrading to .98F or .99C or 23.1
We have prepared a guide that will walk you through reconfiguration of your DocuSign account, both within v30 Backoffice and within DocuSign's administrative portal. Reconfiguration will need to be done after the patch or upgrade and not before, so please take this into account when scheduling your patch or upgrade to .98F/.99C/23.1.
