Follow the steps below to delete a floor plan from an event.
- Go to the Events page.
- Locate and click to select the event containing the floor plan.
- Click on the Floor Plans tab. Note: If the tab is not present, contact an administrator to add the Floor Plans section to the layout.
- Review the attached floor plans and locate the floor plan requiring deletion.
- Right-click on the floor plan, then select Mark for Delete.
- Click Save. A confirmation message displays upon completion.
After deleting the floor plan, verify removal of all related booths.
- Click on the Booths tab.
- Locate any booths remaining from the deleted floor plan. Note: The Drawing field/column lists the floor plan associated with the booth.
- Complete the following steps for remaining booths.
- Use the Ctrl and/or Shift keys to select all the booths.
- Right-click on a selection, then select Mark for Delete.
- Click Save. A confirmation message displays upon completion.
