Event Exhibitor Products

The event Exhibitor Products tool displays all exhibitor product and service information applicable to the event. This includes the following data elements for each product or service in addition to standard exhibitor, booth, and catalog information.

• Product Category
• Product Group
• Product Type
• Product Brand
• Product Line
• Alternate Description(s)
• Abbreviated Description(s)
• Alternate Abbreviated Description(s)

Follow these steps to access the event Exhibitor Products window.

1. Go to the Events page.
2. Select an event.
3. From the Tools menu, go to Exhibitors, then select Exhibitor Products.

The Exhibitor Products window includes 3 tabs.

• Products - Select this tab for a listing of products/services offered by each exhibitor, or to view products/services grouped by exhibitor or product.
• Product Brands - Select this tab to view specific product brands offered by exhibitors.
• Product Lines - Select this tab to view specific product lines offered by exhibitors.

Follow these steps to export the data from one of the Exhibitor Products tabs.

1. Access the Exhibitor Products window.
2. Select the desired tab.
3. Click Expand ( ) to open the tab in full-screen mode.
4. From the Tools menu, select an export option.
5. Select an option to export all entries or only selected entries, then click OK.
