Receivable Ledger

The Receivable Ledger shows the payment and invoice history for an account or contact. On the Receivable Ledger screen you can:

  • View general account information
  • View basic A/R Demographic information
  • View recent receivables transactions
  • Search for specific items with the ledger using the magnifying glass button on the Receivable Ledger tab

To view the Receivable Ledger for an account or contact:

  1. Click the appropriate Accounts or Contacts link from the Main Menu. The Accounts or Contacts screen opens.
  2. Select the account or contact for the Receivable Ledger.
  3. Right-click and select View -> Receivable Ledger. The Receivable Ledger screen opens.

This access privilege controls who can view the Receivable Ledger screen. Any role/user assigned to the privilege can view the receivable ledger while any role/user not assigned to the privilege cannot view the receivable ledger. If no roles/users are assigned to the privilege, it is considered inactive and all roles/users can view the receivable ledger.

Allow Update of Internal Flag from AR Ledger

This access privilege controls who can change the Internal check box on the Receivable Ledger. If the Internal check box is checked, transaction does not to appear on the Customer Statement - All report. Any role/user assigned to the privilege can change the Internal check box on transactions while any role/user not assigned to the privilege cannot change the Internal check box. If no roles/users are assigned to the privilege, it is considered inactive and all users can change the check box. This access privilege does not apply to the Internal check box during cash entry.

    Where in V30 is the tasks function to export the ledger, I do have the access privilege Allow EZExport, EZChart and EZPrint Tasks Access but can't seem to find how to export this.

    If you go to the receivable ledger tab and right click , there is an export to excel and export to pdf options, Screenshots below:
