Updated Web Add-In Available

An updated Web Add-In, version 20.8.86, is available. Please replace your web add-in with the new version.

Some users intermittently receive an error message when they close Chrome after performing document management operations in backoffice. Version 20.8.86 of the Web Add-in prevents the error message from displaying.

If you are using version .95 or earlier, you should not perform this update as the new web add-in is not backwards compatible with unsupported versions.

To verify the web add-in version on user machines:

1. Click on the Control Panel for the user's machine.
2. Select Programs and Features. The Program and Features screen opens.
3. Locate the Momentus Web Add-in. The version shows in the Version column.
