How do I use the Support Center?
The Support Center is your hub for self-service learning in the Knowledge Base, collaborating with other Momentus users in the Community, and where you can contact the Momentus team by submitting a ticket.
- In the Knowledge Base card at the top, click Research to access the Knowledge Base, or search at the top of the home page.
- In the Community card at the top, click Collaborate to access the community and talk all things Momentus Enterprise with other users.
- Click Submit a Request at the top corner to submit a ticket. You must be your account's main support contact to submit a ticket. For more about submitting a ticket, see Ticket Submission Information.

How do I use the Learning Center?
The Learning Center contains self-paced online courses and learning paths covering all aspects of Momentus Enterprise, as well as on-demand recordings of past webinars and presentations.

How do I sign up for the Learning Center?
In the Learning Center card at the top of the Support Center, click Learn. In the flyout, click Student Enrollment Form and fill out the form to request access. You'll receive an email with your account information in 24 hours.
What types of live training do you offer?
We offer various kinds of live trainings:
- Webinars are shorter, presentation-style sessions that focus on highlighting and demonstrating product features and functionalities.
- Office Hours are discussion-based sessions designed to provide a deeper understating of specific topics as well as an opportunity to answer specific customer questions. They feature a panel of Momentus experts from Professional Service, Product Management, and more!
- Virtual Instructor-Led Training Courses are primarily used for more complex topics or processes and will include hands-on exercises and Q&A interactions with the instructor.

What kind of payments are accepted for live training sessions?
Credit cards are accepted as payment options for live training sessions. Contact your primary Momentus contact for more information.
