The Support Center has many resources available in the knowledge base and community. You can also interact with the virtual support Answerbot to solve issues without submitting a ticket.
To open the Answerbot, click the Get Support button in the lower-right corner. Once open, you'll see some suggested topics that we often get questions about. If you need help with one of these topics, select it and we'll walk you through some help steps.
You can also ask questions. If the Answerbot doesn't know the answer, you'll be able to search the knowledge base or submit a ticket to support. If you aren't the main support contact on your account, you'll be directed to ask them to submit a ticket.
Note that this is not a chatbot. You are not interacting with one of our support agents.
