The Support Center AnswerBot is Now Available
You can now interact with the new virtual support AnswerBot to solve issues without submitting a ticket.
To open the Answerbot, click the Get Support button in the lower-right corner. Once open, you'll see some suggested topics that we often get questions about or you can enter a question of your own. For more information on using the AnswerBot, visit this article in the Knowledge Base.

Learning Center Updates
NEW FEATURE- Add to Queue
We have introduced a new feature in the Learning Center called, Add to Queue! With this new feature, any course you have not already hasn't started will have a new Add to Queue button that, when clicked, will add the course to the bottom of the "My Learning" list in the Training Hub.
This feature is really similar to bookmarks, but allows you to create custom learning paths tailored to your learning needs! If you are a manager you can work with new employees to add specific courses to their queue based on their specific roles.
New Courses
Meeting Attendees- This course will introduce Corporate users to the Meeting Attendees feature and functionalities (new in release 2023.2). Learn about required configuration updates needed to access the feature and guided instructions on using the functionalities within both your Enterprise database and through public-facing Online Space Booking sites.
Facility Booking Configuration- Administrative users receive a general overview of the Booking Configuration window as well as Event Statuses and Status Groups.
Email Distribution Lists- in this course, Administrative users will learn about grouping recipients who are frequently emailed together into email distribution lists.
Lead Sources & Status Configuration- In this course, Administrative users will learn how to configure the fields and selection lists associated with creating leads in Enterprise.
