The colors that are used to designate the status for an event, booking, job or function are configured in the Event/Job/Booking Status screen. To change the color that is used for a status, follow the below steps:
1. Click the Event/Job/Booking Status link from the Main Menu. The Event/Job/Booking Status screen opens.
2. Select the status for which the color needs to be updated.
3. Right-click and select Edit.
4. Select the new color to be used from the Background Color drop-down. The text color also can be changed by selecting the new text color from the Text Color drop-down.
5. Click OK.
