To save a step when creating new events, you can configure the system to sync the event in and out dates and times with the event start and end dates and times. To do this, follow the below process:
1. Click the Organization Master link from the Main Menu. The Organization Master screen opens.
2. Select the organization to apply the sync process to.
3. Click the Parameters button. The Organization Parameter screen opens.
3. Find the BK (application) 025 (code) organization parameter.
4. Enter Y into the Alphanumeric Value field.
5. Click OK.

If you set this up to sync the dates and times, but then you need to change the in/out dates and times later, will it allow you to manually change the in/out dates and times but keep the original event dates and times?

Thanks for the question. Yes, you will still be able to manually override the dates and times if you should need to change them.
