In some cases, you may need to define new values for the automatically generated event ID's, such as having a specific first number for each year. You should only update this value under the close guidance of Momentus Client Services, Professional Services or Value Success.
- Click the Table Sequence Control link from the Main Menu. The Table Sequence Control screen opens.
- Locate the value to update. You can enter EV200 into the Table filter to help locate the value more easily. Make sure you locate the value for the correct organization!
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Table Sequence Control screen opens.
- Enter the new value into the Last Number Used field.
- Click OK.
All events created moving forward starts with the Last Number Used value. It is then increased by one each time a new event is added. Any numbers between the previous Last Number Used and the new Last Number Used are skipped.
