You use campaign detail statuses to track and manage the progress of an account/contact within a campaign, such as Email Sent or Follow Up Call. You can configure campaign detail statuses for all campaigns or you can configure custom campaign detail statuses for a single campaign.

Campaign Detail Statues for All Campaigns
Add a Campaign Detail Status
- Click the Campaign Detail Status link from the Main Menu. The Campaign Detail Status page opens.
- Click the Add button. The Add Campaign Detail Status window opens.
- Enter the necessary information:
- Description - Name of the status displayed to users in the drop-down.
- Text Color - Color of the text for the status.
- Weight - Determines the order the status displays in the drop-down. Enter a numeric value with the drop-down showing the statuses from lowest to highest weight.
- Background Color - Color of the background for the status.
- Code - Unique alphanumeric code used by the system.
- Click OK.
Change a Campaign Detail Status
You can change the information for the campaign detail status after you have created it. When you change the information for a campaign detail status, it updates wherever the campaign detail status is used. If you don't want to update the already existing campaign detail status data, then you must add a new campaign detail status using the steps in Add a Campaign Detail Status.
- Click the Campaign Detail Status link from the Main Menu. The Campaign Detail Status page opens.
- Select the campaign detail status to edit.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign Detail Status window opens.
- Make the desired change.
- Click OK.
Delete a Campaign Detail Status
If you no longer use a campaign detail status and don't want to keep a record of it, you can delete it. When you delete a campaign detail status that is used, you receive a prompt to select a campaign detail status to replace the campaign detail status you are deleting. You cannot undo the delete or delete and replace process.
- Click the Campaign Detail Status link from the Main Menu. The Campaign Detail Status page opens.
- Right-click on the campaign detail status to delete.
- Select Mark for Delete.
- Click the Save button. If the campaign detail status is used, the Replace window opens.
- Select the campaign detail status from the drop-down to replace the deleted campaign detail status.
- Click OK.
Configure Campaign Detail Statuses for a Single Campaign
You can create new campaign detail statuses for an individual campaign. You can create new campaign details statuses as well as add existing statuses from the Campaign Detail Status screen. This allows you to select the campaign details statuses you want available as well as create custom campaign detail status that apply only to a particular campaign. To create campaign detail statuses for a campaign:
- Click the Campaigns link for the appropriate designation (Event Sales, Registration, etc.) from the Main Menu. The Campaigns page opens.
- Select the campaign that needs the campaign detail statuses configured.
- Right-click and select Tools -> Campaign Status Configuration. The Campaign Status Configuration window opens.
- Select Use Custom Campaign Detail Statuses from the Detail Status drop-down.
- Expand the Configured Campaign Statuses section.
- Click the Insert Row hyperlink. A new row is inserted into the grid.
- Enter the name of the campaign detail status into the Description field.
- Select the background color for the campaign detail status from the Background Color drop-down.
- Select the color of the text for the status from the Text Color drop-down.
- To add additional statuses:
- Right-click on the row.
- Select Insert Row. A new row is inserted into the grid.
- Repeat steps 7 - 10 for each campaign detail status.
- Click OK.

Hello, how can we change for a specific campaign the detail statuses?
We could do so on the 94 K version and i cannot find the way to do so in the 96C version.
