    Hi Megan,

    I was able to test this with the report you are using and confirm that the Rate is still showing even though the check box is unchecked. This is something that our Development Team needs to fix. I'll enter a case on your behalf and get the process started for you. Be on the lookout for a ticket email.

    The links in the article didn't work for me. I got an "oops.The page you were looking for doesn't exist" message. I'm trying to show units and show extended charge on an item that has been invoiced.

    Thanks Sara and Maggie! The first 2 updated links work great. The third still gives me an error, I noticed the title bar of my browser says "You're not authorized to...". I found the solution I was searching for in the first link though. Now I can get back to all the good stuff #ugc2015

    Hello,

    I am trying to do the opposite of this. Most of the time we want units, rate, and extended charge to show on reports. But sometimes there are times we want a single service item for a particular event not to show units, etc. On the item we unchecked units, rates but the rate still shows up. Is there a way to fix this? thanks!

    Hi Megan,

    First thing we should check is which report you are using and if it's a standard report or a custom report. If you look in the bottom left corner of the report, there should be a code - something like CBL100. If you could send me that code, that will determine the next steps.

    Also, if you can include what version you are using, I can also do some testing in that version.

    Some of us are in v30 and I have not tested this in v30 yet.
