You can change the time columns on the Booking Calendar and Function Calendar by creating your own calendar intervals. To create calendar intervals:
- Click the Calendar Templates link from the Main Menu. The Calendar Templates screen opens.
- Click the Add button. The Add Calendar Template screen opens.
- Enter the necessary information:
- Description – Name that displays in the Calendar Configuration screen for you to select.
- Type – Calendar (Daily, 3-Day, 7-Day, etc.) the template is available for.
- Default – If checked, the Calendar Template is set as the default template for everyone.
- Click OK. The calendar template is saved and you return to the Calendar Templates screen.
- Select the new calendar template.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Calendar Template screen opens.
- Expand the Calendar Template Group section.
- Click the Add button. The Add Calendar Template Group screen opens.
- Enter a description for the template group.
- Check the check boxes for the days the template interval applies to. For example, you can create weekday intervals in 30 minute increments and create weekend intervals in 6 hour increments. You can only define one interval for each day.
- Expand the Calendar Template Interval section.
- Click the Add button. The Add Calendar Template Interval screen opens.
- Enter the necessary information:
- Label - Numbers (or text) that display on the calendars for the interval. For example, '8-9' can represent 8:00 am - 9:00 am or 'AM' can represent 6:00 am - 12:00 pm.
- Start Time and End Time – Bookings created on the Booking Calendar use these start and end times as a default when the booking is made for a particular interval.
- Width - Pixel width of the interval column on the calendar. This value is dependent on how many intervals you create and your screen resolution.
- Visible – If checked, the interval displays on the calendar. If unchecked, the interval does not display on the calendar.
- Click OK. You return to the Edit Calendar Template Group screen.
- Repeat steps 12 - 14 for each additional calendar interval.
- Click OK. You return to the Edit Calendar Template Screen.
- Click OK.

Please note that at this time, unchecking the box for a specific day does not remove that day from the calendar. It simply doesn't apply that interval to the unchecked day(s). If no interval is assigned on the Calendar Template for specific days, the default will be used for those days.
Each Calendar Template Type (Daily, 3-Day, 7-Day, etc.) may have one default. This is set on Add/Edit Calendar Template.
