When a UDF set contains a field that allows users to select multiple values, the field on CR073_ISSUES or other UDF tables shows a NULL value, even when a value is selected. You must include the table CR076_UDF_MULTI_VALS in your query or Crystal Report to get the selected values.
To connect CR076 to your UDF data, join the table using CR076_ORG_CODE and the appropriate field for your UDF set. For example, if the UDF set is related to an event, use CR076_EVENT_ID. If the UDF set is related to an account, use CR076_REL_ACCT_1.
You must also include CR076_ISS_FLD_DESC in your filter or Where statement. This value is the name of the field used to store the UDF value. For example, if the UDF is stored in CR073_TXT_01, this value is TXT_01. For ER110_TXT_05, the value is TXT_05.
The field CR076_VALUE stores the value needed to join with MM721_FLD_CODE.

Hi Theresa,
That is a really out of date article. I have removed that link from the article.
Thanks,
