To import a custom report to replace a standard report, see Replace a Standard or Custom Report. To add a new custom Crystal Report to the software:
- Click the Report Master link from the Main Menu. The Report Master page opens.
- Click the Add button. The Add Report Master window opens.
- Enter the necessary information:
- Name - Report name that displays to users.
- Report ID - An alphanumeric code used to identify the report. Do not use an existing report ID.
- Report Source - Click the Choose Files button to select the report file for the report.
- Scope - Set to Internal if it is an internal report or External if it's a report that is sent to your customers. External reports use the language on the account for the report. Internal reports do not default email addresses into the To field when sending reports.
- Expand the Report Prompt and Settings section and select the necessary settings:
- Report Prompt Options - Select the appropriate prompt option based on the parameters the report requires to run.
- Do not use a prompt for this report - Select if no parameters are needed.
- Use an existing prompt window - Select if the report is based on an existing standard report.
- Report Prompt - Not applicable.
- Object - Select the existing report prompt to use as the new report prompt.
- Automatically create the prompt for this report - Select to use the generic report prompt screen to build the prompt based on the report parameters.
- Report Prompt Options - Select the appropriate prompt option based on the parameters the report requires to run.
- Select the Report Lists tab.
- Click the Manage Report Lists button. The Manage Report Lists window opens.
- Locate the report list to add the report to from the Available panel of the screen.
- Click the green plus sign next to the report list to move it to the Selected panel.
- Click OK.

Can you create a custom report link for a ezwriter query

Hi Kris,
You can but you can't (if that makes sense). You can create a custom link running the command/query, but it will open in Back Office.
