iEBMS Terms and Conditions as External Site or Document

If you need to display your terms and conditions and there are more than 8000 characters or you would prefer to link to an existing page/document, follow the instructions below:

1. Check the “Terms and Conditions” option located on the “Other” tab in the iEBMS “webconfiguration.exe” application
2. Main Menu > Administration > System Administration > EBMS Dictionaries (v19)
3. Highlight the dictionary that is being used by your configuration(s)
4. In the Options menu, select “Find and Replace Phrases”
5. Search for the phrase “View Terms and Conditions”
6. Change the text to include your link; <a href=”YOUR LINK” target=”blank”>View Terms and Conditions</a>

*This will make a global change to all configurations which use the modified dictionary. The phrase could be changed on a window by window basis.
