There are several options when it comes to styling your public facing iEBMS pages. The best option depends on how similar or different you would like each page to be and how much change you need to make. The best way to go about choosing an option is to answer a few yes or no questions about the basic look and feel of your pages.
Simple Styling
- I only want to change the color scheme of the default pages.
- I want to add a small company logo to all of the iEBMS pages.
- I am not very comfortable with HTML and/or CSS.
If you answered yes to most of these questions, you are looking to edit only the stylesheet and possibly the top of the pages. See the following links:

Complex Styling
- I want to add my organization's menu to the top of the files.
- I want to embed the iEBMS pages within my organization's web page.
- I want to use custom fonts which my organization designed or purchased.
- I am comfortable working with CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
- I want to change some of the layout of the iEBMS pages.
If you answer yes to any of these questions, you require a more complex styling of iEBMS. The links listed above are good resources to start with; however, you need to make some decisions about maintenance as well. If you create individual structure files for each application, this makes changing a single element on all pages very difficult. However, it also minimizes the chance of an organization level file affecting all applications in a way you weren't expecting. See the following links for some direction for beginning your project:
