Copy an Existing Floor Plan to an Event

The best practice is to copy floor plans when copying the event. However, if an event is copied without the floor plans, you can copy the function from one event to another to bring over the floor plan.

1. Click the Events link from the Main Menu. The Events page opens.
2. Select the event for the floor plan.
3. Right-click and select View -> Event Planning -> Event Functions. The Event Functions page opens.
4. Select a function.
5. Right-click and select Tools -> Script From Event. The Script from Event window opens.
6. Select the event with the floor plan to copy from the Event drop-down.
7. Click the Search button.
8. Select the function(s) with the floor plan(s) to copy. Use Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple functions.
9. Click the Select button. The Paste Functions winfow opens.
10. Expand the Function Options section.
11. Check the Function Documents check box.
12. Expand the Booth Options section.
13. Check the Include Booths check box.
14. Select any additional copy options. See Copy Functions for details on each available field.
15. Click OK.
