To be able to attach a custom report to the Service Order Processing (iEBMS SOP) confirmation email, the custom report must be developed in Crystal Reports.
The Crystal Report must be installed in the software and added to the iEBMS SOP Confirmation Reports report list. It will then be accessible in the Service Order Processing (iEBMS SOP) configuration.
Follow the steps below to configure a custom Crystal Report attachment to the SOP confirmation email:
- From the main menu, click the link for Service Order Processing (iEBMS SOP). The Service Order Processing Configurations (iEBMS SOP) page opens.
- Select the appropriate SOP configuration.
- Right-click, then select the Edit option. The Edit Service Order Processing Configuration (iEBMS SOP) window opens.
- Click on the Confirmation tab.
- Check the Enable Crystal Report Attachment on Confirmation Email box. The Crystal Report field is enabled.
- Using the Crystal Report drop-down, select the custom report. Note: If the report is not included in the list, verify the report has been added to the iEBMS SOP Confirmation Reports report list.
- Click OK.

However, in which versions is this option available?
We are running v19.3 and I'm not seeing this option.

Furthermore, I was looking for the default Crystal Reports which generates the order confirmation, but I couldn't find it. There is a report named service_order_confirmation but that doesn't seem to be the one.

For the email confirmation inserting a wildcard, whats the difference between the event coordinator and event rep?
Where will it pick this information for each wildcard in the system?

Kris - the Event Coordinator is pulling from the Coordinator (EV200_COORD_1) on the event and the Event Rep from the Salesperson (EV200_SLSPER) field. Thanks.
