Adding a Page to Form Groups in SOP

This article will explain how to add a page to the details on the Form Groups Tab on the Edit Service Order Processing window in V19.  

1. Window Name - Edit Service Order Processing Configuration 

On your Main Menu search for Service Order Processing (SOP) (v19)

Add a new SOP by clicking the add button.

Complete the relevant information on the General Tab

Ensure a price list is assigned on the Search Tab. Without this you will be unable to build your form groups.

2. Window Name - Edit Service Order Processing Configuration > Form Groups Tab 

In the white space, right click and from the menu options select Add Page.

3. Window Name - Add Page 

Page: - this will default to the next available page

Description: - enter a description, this will appear as the wording on the hyperlink on the page

Caption: - free form field for any relevant information or instructions

Repeat this step for all additional pages until you have the required number. For further setup for the pages there are a number of formats available.
