It can often be useful to allow accounts to place multiple orders (via SOP) online for the same event at the same time, and for obvious reasons, you may not want the account to have to go through the whole SOP process for each order on the event.
To allow an account to place multiple orders for an event at the same time, in the Edit Service Order Processing Configuration screen, select the General tab, and then simply check the "Allow Additional Orders" checkbox.
This will then add a link to the SOP Confirmation page under the Options group, named "Add Another Order". Once clicked, this link will redirect the user back to Step 1 - where they select their function(s) and booth (depending on your configuration).
