Using Multiple EZWriter Data Formats within an iEBMS EZWriter Page Builder (WRI) configuration

When creating an iEBMS EZWriter Page Builder (WRI) configuration, there is a drop-down that allows you to select which EZWriter Data Format you would like to display.  This drop-down box only allows you to select one Data Format at a time, and once selected, you will notice that the 'Text' and 'HTML' areas have been disabled (grayed-out).  This option is useful if all you need to do is quickly display the results of one EZWriter Data Format, such as one simple table of data.

If you would like to create a more complex page that displays the results of multiple EZWriter Data Formats, perhaps with extra static text in between, then you should leave the Data Format field blank, which will enable the 'Text' and 'HTML' areas below.

• To insert static text, simply type into the Text box. You can type in any characters, except for square brackets, [ or ]
  You can also switch to the HTML tab, and enter HTML code there.  Whilst on the HTML tab, if you press the ENTER key it is the same as clicking the Apply button.  If you would like to create a new line, hold CTRL and press ENTER.  Please note that, even though you have created a new line in the HTML, if you switch back to the Text tab and enter more content, or if you close the window and reopen it, your line breaks may be removed from the HTML code.
   
• To insert the results of an EZWriter Data Format, insert the EZWriter Data Format Merge Tag, and ensure that it starts and ends with square brackets, [ and ]
  eg. [DataFormat1]
  The EZWriter Data Format Merge Tag can be seen within the Data Format drop-down (but leave this field un-selected), or within the EZWriter Data Format window.

When the page is viewed in a web browser, each EZWriter Data Format Merge Tag will be removed and replaced with the corresponding EZWriter Data Format results.  If the EZWriter Data Format Merge Tag cannot be found, it will not be replaced and will remain on the generated web page.
