Control What Displays in the Address Section of Standard Crystal Reports

    Hi Sarah,

    To synchronize your address labels, follow the below steps:

    1. On the Accounts screen, select the account that contains the address to be synchronized.
    2. On the right side of the screen, where you see the account detail information (name, address, phone number, etc.), click on the Details tab.
    3. On the Details tab, there is an Addresses field with a link next to it (will say x Entry with the x being the number of addresses for the account such as 1 Entry). Click that link and that will open the Alternate Addresses screen.
    4. On the Alternate Addresses screen, there is a Synchronize button. Click this button to update the mailing labels.

    If your organization has a different layout than the default layout shipped with the software, then the addresses field may be located elsewhere.

    How do amend address labels in V20 = on V19 you double click onto the word address and you can update
