This process outlines how to configure address mailing labels so that the desired information will show up on the numerous standard crystal reports in the system.
This information applies to examples like this:
- Merge the information in the Countries by clicking and dragging it from the right to the left rows based on what information should appear in the reports.
- Next, you will want to global synchronize the labels from the Tasks Icon for the United States (Warning – will want to do this at the end of the day as it can affect db performance).
- If you want to Synchronize the labels one-up, you can do that from the account. Click on the Address hyperlink.
- Double click onto the Main Address.
- Click the Synchronize Icon. You should see the company name added at the bottom to the address label.

To synchronize your address labels, follow the below steps:
If your organization has a different layout than the default layout shipped with the software, then the addresses field may be located elsewhere.
