The system can be configured to allow for an Undo Check Out to be performed on other users' documents if necessary. This is often used if a user has left the organization or if a user has gone on vacation and the document needs to be accessed for editing. To configure this, follow the below steps:
1. From the Main Menu, click the Access Privileges link.
2. On the Access Privileges screen, find the "Allow Managerial Access to My Checked Out Documents" access privilege and select it.
3. On the Access Privilege Details tab, click the Manage button.
4. Move the necessary user(s) from the Available section to the Selected section. Any users assigned to this access privilege will be able to undo the check out of other users' documents.
5. Click OK.
6. From the Main Menu, click the My Checked Out Documents link.
7. On the My Checked Out Documents screen, expand the Advanced Search section.
8. In the Status Changed By drop-down, select the user(s) who have the checked out documents to be undone.
9. Click Search.
10. Select all the necessary documents, right-click and choose Undo Check Out. A prompt will display warning you that that all changes to the document(s) will be lost once Undo Check Out is selected.
11. Click Yes on the prompt to confirm the Undo Checkout.
Notes:
- You cannot Check In other users' documents.

How is this achieved with v19?
There is no "Status Changed By drop-down" within the Option button for the My Checked Out Documents screen.
