If question marks appear inside of emails, you may need to update the Email Encoding organization parameter to UTF-8. To do this, follow these steps:
- From the Main Menu, search for and select Organization Configuration. The Organization Configuration page opens.
- Select the Email tab.
- From the drop-down in the Email Encoding field, select UTF-8.:
- Click OK.
You may need to refresh your browser for this change to take affect.
