There are various notes generated by the software such as when an event changes status or if a service order item is deleted. To enable or disable these automatic notes:
- Click the Note Classes link from the Main Menu. The Note Classes screen opens.
- Click the Tools button.
- Select Specify Automatic Note Classes. The Specify Automatic Note Classes screen opens. This screen lists all the available generated notes.
- Select a note class from the Note Class drop-down to enable an automatic note. Remove the note class from the Note Class column so the field is empty to disable an automatic note.
- Click the Save button.
