You can configure various settings to control the information that is displayed and how it is displayed on the Booking Calendar and Booking Agenda.
- Click the Booking Calendar or Booking Agenda link from the Main Menu. The Booking Calendar or Booking Agenda opens.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Click Configuration. The Calendar Configuration screen opens.
- Select your desired configuration settings:
- Positioning On - Default date when the calendar/agenda is first opened.
- Display Spaces Using - Determines which space descriptions are used for the space names.
- Display Bookings Using - Determines the which dates and times are used to display the bookings:
- Start and End Dates and Times - Uses the booking start and end dates to display the bookings.
- Lead and Strike Dates and Times - Uses the booking lead and strike start and end dates to display the bookings.
- Unique Styles for Lead and Strike Dates and Times - Uses the booking lead and strike start and end dates and the colors configured on the Booking Configuration screen in the Booking Calendar Lead/Strike Coloring section to display the bookings.
- Show Tool Tips - Determines which tool tips are available on the calendar/agenda.
- Show Existing Event Field - If checked, the Existing Event drop-down is available in the Pending Bookings section when booking a space. See Create a New Event or Add Bookings to an Existing Event From the Booking Calendar or Booking Agenda for more information.
- Auto Refresh - If checked, updates to the calendar/agenda appear automatically.
- Spans Section - Displays the calendar in a stacked mode. For example, if using the 7 Day calendar view and the calendar is configured for 2 spans for the 7 Day view, one 7 Day view displays with the next 7 days underneath it. Enter the number of spans to use for each display option. Only available for the Booking Calendar.
- Intervals Section - Time columns to use on the calendar for each day for each available display option. Only available for the Booking Calendar.
- Click OK.

Is there a way to filter the status of the booking on the booking calendar? I would like to only see Hold-Confirmed. Not the canceled events.

Can we expand the view of the display to cover the screen?, each display brings up different views of the calendar.

Can we show times for Monthly displays or other displays above 3 day etc.

Hello Kris--
The Booking Calendar interval labels can be customized to display the times for 1 day, 3 day, 7day and 14 day intervals. The labels for the additional intervals are designed to only display the date of the month. Intervals may be customized in the Calendar Templates screen.
