You can delete bookings from an event by using the Mark for Delete option on the right-click menu on the Bookings tab. Once you delete a booking, you can no longer view it on the Bookings tab and it is automatically removed from the service order created for the space charges (Booking Order). If the event is contracted, you need to revise the contract to update it with the deleted booking.
To delete a booking:
- Click the Events link from the Main Menu. The Events screen opens.
- Select the event with the booking(s) to delete.
- Right-click and select Edit -> Edit. The Edit Event screen opens.
- Select the Bookings tab.
- Select the booking(s) to delete. Use Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to select multiple bookings.
- Right-click and select Mark for Delete.
- Click OK.
