You can add the ability to Edit SOP Orders to your configurations.
There are 2 different ways to achieve this:
- Add an Edit Order Link to the Confirmation Email sent by SOP.
- Add a Link to your Portal or other Page which would allow the User to Login and find/edit their SOP Orders.
Both methods can use the same URL. A sample of the URL for editing SOP orders is provided below. The sample URL must be modified to include your client domain URL, organization code, and the code for the specific SOP Configuration to be used when editing the order.
Sample URL to Edit SOP Orders
http://iebms.ungerboeck.com/MDemo/sop/sop_p10_orders.aspx?oc=10&cc=HANSOP
The following modifications are required to make the URL work for your organization:
- The Domain info (http://iebms.ungerboeck.com/MDemo) should be changed to reflect your client URL.
- The Organization Code value (10) should be changed to reflect the organization with the SOP configuration.
- The Configuration Code value (HANSOP ) should be replaced with the specific SOP Configuration Code.
Once the modifications to the sample URL are complete, you can then copy/embed the modified link into your email confirmation, Portal, or Web Page.

Can we control the display of columns on the sop/p10 page? There are many columns that I'd like to hide. (Lead Date, Assign # - my SOP has assignment disabled!, Entered On, Changed On)

The columns on p10 cannot be customized. You can submit this as an enhancement request to your regional Client Care Team.
