In order to display the items included in a package when sold online via Service Order Processing (iEBMS SOP) follow these steps:
- From the Main Menu, click the link for Service Order Processing Configurations (iEBMS SOP). The Service Order Processing Configurations (iEBMS SOP) page opens.
- Select the configuration where package details should be enabled.
- Right click, then select the Edit Option. The Edit Service Order Processing Configuration (iEBMS SOP) window opens.
- On the Additional Options tab, check the Show Package Details box.
- Click OK.

Is there any other factors that would cause the package details to not be displayed? I have followed the steps listed above. The detail items that get added automatically when a package is added to the price list were removed since the detail items cannot be ordered individually. Would this cause the detail items to not display on the SOP page?

That is standard functionality. If you removed the package detail items from the price list, they will not display.

Thanks Carrie. One more follow-up question. Should I expect to see the package item details on page that lists the items? I have tested with the detail items left on the price list (problematic because they cannot be ordered individually) and without. There is nothing to show the detail items are connected in any way to the package item. They look just like all the other items only they have no price. On the other hand, whether or not the detail items are left on the price list, when the package item is added to the shopping cart, the package displays very nicely with the package item in normal font and the package detail indented with green text. How do I get that same type of display on the item list before the item is added to the cart to customers can see what is included in the package? If it is possible to show a screen shot of how the package and detail items should appear on the order form that would be great. Appreciate your assistance.

The way the details are displaying is correct. The package details are displayed only on the cart, payment and confirmation pages, after the user adds the package to the cart.
