We are finding that if we change a booth number for a main exhibitor, it is not updating the co-exhibitor, especially on the associated order. how do we update the co-exhibitor's booth number when the main exhibitor booth number changes? thanks.

Hi Eileen, the co-exhibitor record and co-exhibitor order record should automatically update with the booth number change of the main exhibitor, that sounds like a bug. Log a case with support and we will get this issue fixed.

Hi! Could you please explain where to find "Manage Co-Exhibitors link"? Thanks

    Hi Abokun,

An exhibitor can sign in to the exhibitor portal, click on their name at the top of the window and there is a button for "Manage Co-exhibitors".

    Thank you,

    Alex

Hi Alex, thanks for your prompt reply. I don't have this option at all (in the back-end I assigned the exhibitor as "Main Exhibitor" and added the co-exhibitor). Please see the screenshot

Try clicking on the company name right next to the contact name.  If it doesn't exist there, then you may have to enable co-exhibitors in the EXP setup.  Go to the 'more settings' tab in the setup and check the 'allow managing co-exhibitors' checkbox.

Hi Alex, I appreciate your prompt replies. Am I on the right way to manage it? Is it a custom configuration that we don't have this option?

  • Alex Weidenbenner

That is the correct window.  You may need to edit your layout to see the option.

Hi Alex, tried that already. what is the name of the button, please? So far, I have not found anything with the "co-exhibitor" name.. Thanks

In that case, you may want to check with your CSM/ consultant or open a ticket with client care.  It may be a licensing issue that I'm not aware of or something related to permissions.  I'm afraid I can't be more help without going into your system.

    Good Luck!

Hi Abokun, the ability to manage co-exhibitors in the Exhibitor Portal does need an additional software license. Please work with your Account Manager and they will be able to help you out.

    Thanks,

    Eric
