You can use the Service Orders screen in order to track a resource's utilization:
1. From the Global Navigation Bar, click the Service Orders button.
2. Select Service Order Items from the drop-down menu.
3. In the search area for the screen, enter a date range into the Start Date fields. Note: If this filter is not available, click on the Edit Layout link to add it to your Advanced Search filter area.
4. In the search area for the page, select a resource(s) from the Resource drop-down. Note: If this filter is not available, click on the Edit Layout link to add it to your Advanced Search filter area.
5. Click Search.
6. On the Service Order Items screen, right-click on the column headers and select Sort, Group and Total.
7. On the Sort, Group and Total tab, in the first Sort By drop-down, select Resource Code or Description. Note: If either of these choices are not available, click on the Show Columns tab and add them to your displayed columns for the screen.
8. Check the Group on this column checkbox.
9. In the Display group subtotals for drop-down, check the Units option.
10. Click OK.
