Editing UDFs (User Defined Fields) for Multiple Functions

The UDFs (user defined fields) for multiple functions can be edited at one time by using the Edit Multiple Functions screen. To edit the UDFs for multiple functions, follow the below steps:

1. Click the Events button from the Global Navigation Bar.  The Events page opens.
2. Select the event.
3. Click the Functions tab.
4. Select the functions with UDFs you would like to edit.  To select multiple functions, use CTRL-Click to select the necessary functions.
5. Right-click and select Edit Multiple.  The Edit Multiple Functions window opens.
6. Expand the User Defined Fields section, if necessary. The UDFs assigned to the functions display in this section. 
7. Check the box(es) for the UDFs to be updated, then select or enter the necessary values for the UDFs.
8. Click OK.  All the selected functions have the UDFs updated with the selected values.

Note:

• Edit Multiple is also available from the Event Functions screen and operates the same way.
• Edit Multiple is also available from the Functions screen.  All of the selected functions must have the same UDFs assigned to them in order for the User Defined Fields section to be available on the Edit Multiple Functions screen.
