Functions are assigned a level to create a hierarchy when you add functions to the function schedule. Once you save the new function, you cannot directly change the hierarchy level. However, you can move the function which can then change the hierarchy level. To move a function to a different hierarchy level:
- Click the Events button from the Global Navigation Bar. The Events screen opens.
- Select the event for the function.
- Right-click and select View -> Event Planning -> Event Functions. The Event Functions screen opens.
- Select the function to move.
- Right-click and select Edit -> Cut Row(s). A red scissor icon displays on the function line.
- Select the function you want to move the function after.
- Right-click and select Edit -> Paste Row(s). The Paste Functions screen opens.
- Select:
- Paste After - Places the function after the selected function at the same hierarchy level.
- Paste Indented - Places the function indented under the selected function so it is the next hierarchy level down from the selected function.
- Select the desired date, time and space options. See Copy Functions for detailed information on the available options.
- Click OK.
