Definitions
Each released Enterprise version goes through three phases before support for the version ends. The phases are: Early Adopter, General Release, and End of Support. The information below provides general guidelines. Momentus reserves the right to adapt release cycles as necessary.
Early Adopter
During this phase, customers can request to update their Test/Production environments to the Early Adopter software version and report any feedback to Momentus. All Early Adopter instances are required to upgrade to the General Release once the phase concludes. Some functionality may be considered in Beta during this phase and is not available for use in Production.
General Release
Once the Early Adopter phase concludes, the release is available to all Momentus customers. Momentus will notify customers of their upgrade window within 2 months of the release date. If a software defect is reported and a correction by Momentus is needed, the fix will be included in Service Releases which are made available to customers at regular intervals (typically on a bi-monthly basis).
End of Support
Momentus will support the two most recent versions of Enterprise going forward. When the new policy takes effect on June 30, 2024, Momentus will support the most recently released version, Enterprise 2024.2, and one version back, Enterprise 2024.1. Older versions will no longer be eligible for updates.
At the End of Support date, the release is considered at the end of its lifecycle. All customers must upgrade to the next available version before the end of support date.
