The Momentus Enterprise Support Center is a central site which contains the Enterprise knowledge base, the Enterprise client Community, and a page to view all of your tickets.
- The Knowledge Base contains how-to's, overviews, and reference articles to help you configure and use Enterprise.
- Use the Community to ask questions and talk with other Enterprise users about best practices and share solutions.

Search
The search engine is a natural language search. Type in a few keywords or a question, press Enter and you can see the most relevant articles and community discussions with the keywords you entered. Some helpful search tips:
- Use short phrases such as “add an event” or “configure account types”
- Use unique phrases such as "deleting an account" rather than just "accounts" or "delete"
- Use quotation marks around search terms that should be given more priority when searching
- Consider spelling variations such as organization and organization

If you can't find the information you need, post your question in the Community to get help from other Enterprise users and employees.
Is this monitored by Momentus?
Yes, Momentus actively monitors the Support Center to ensure the best content for our visitors. Although not all responses are immediate, Momentus does our best to respond to all questions in a timely manner.
Can I get updated when new articles, comments or posts are added?
Yes! Click Follow on the right-hand side of the screen in any section to follow new articles or article comments.
To follow community posts and comments, select the Community forum you want to follow, for example CRM. Click Follow on the right-hand side of the forum and select to follow new posts or new posts and comments.
We recommend you follow the following sections so you have the latest information about Momentus and the Enterprise product:
- Announcements: Product and company announcements
- Education Announcements: Announcements about webinars and office hours, new courses in the Learning Center, and knowledge base updates.
- Latest Release: Be notified when release notes and other information for the latest software update is posted. Be sure to follow "New posts and comments" so you are notified when the release notes are updated.
