Could Not Load File or Assembly Message When Running Reports

Issue: I'm receiving the following error message when running reports:


Could not load file or assembly
'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, Version=12.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

 

To resolve the issue, install or re-install Momentus Enterprise Runtime of your current Enterprise version.

    We are on v 20.80L x68 as on date.

    Hi Mudit, 

    Runtime is not necessary on client machines when running reports directly through v20. Can you please post a full screen screen shot of the error message you're receiving?
