If you receive an "URI-format" error when running and/or opening a Crystal Report, follow the below steps to troubleshoot.
1. Click the Reporting tab from your v20 configuration.
2. Verify the correct URL has been entered into the Reporting Server URL field.
3. Click the Test button. You should receive a "Test connection was successful" message. If not, check the URL. Note that the URL should contain "http://" or "https://".
4. Enter a value in the field Request Timeout field. It is recommended to set a value of 600,000 seconds (10 minutes).

Hallo Frau Gressmann,
genau der Fehler ist bei uns aufgetaucht. Aber was ist denn der Reporting Server URL? Bisher ist da bei unserer Konfiguration nichts eingetragen und die Berichte haben ja funktioniert.
