Custom Order Fields - Custom fields that are only asked one time for a registrant group. For example, multiple people from the same organization are registered at one time, and the organization's membership ID is a custom field; however, the registrants only need to enter it once, not for each registrant, as the number is the same for everyone.
Custom Registrant Fields - Custom fields that are asked for each registrant. For example, asking if someone has a seating preference for a dinner event. The registrant's responses are saved with the registrant.
Event Functions - The scheduled sessions, meals, breaks, etc. that take place during the event.

Price Lists - A set list of charges for services and items that is used to price registration, service orders, etc. Even if a price list is used, you can override prices during registration setup. Price lists are also used to determine currency, whether an item is tax-inclusive, maximum/minimum quantities, etc.
Price - Charge for all registrants to attend. If a price is set, and then registrant types are added, the registrant types override the price.
Profile Fields - Commonly gathered information for registrants such as dietary preferences and allergy information.
