You can reinstate a cancelled service order. This will return the order and the order items to an Active status and reinstate all charges. You cannot reinstate deleted orders.
To reinstate a cancelled order, follow the below steps.
From the Event:
- Click the Events link from the Main Menu. The Events page opens.
- Select the event which contains the cancelled service order.
- Click the Service Orders tab.
- Select the cancelled order, right-click and select the Tools menu.
- Click Reinstate. The Reinstate Order(s) window opens.
- In the status field, select the new, Active level status for the order.
- Click Continue.
From the Service Orders page:
- Click the Service Orders link from the Main Menu. The Service Orders page opens.
- Search for and select the cancelled service order to reinstate.
- Right-click on the order and select the Tools menu.
- Click Reinstate. The Reinstate Order(s) window opens.
- In the status field, select the new, Active level status for the order.
- Click Continue.
The order and the order items will be set to the selected active status and the ordered total will update.
