If some of your users are experiencing performance issues that others are not, there are some strategies that they can take to make improvements.
Limit the Results Initially Displayed in a View
Views which are configured to automatically load results can have a significant impact on the entire Enterprise application, especially if the view returns a large number of records. To see all views that are configured to automatically load results, navigate to the Views page. Display the Automatically Load Results column and use sorting to locate views which may cause performance problems.
Close Dashboards to Reduce Memory and Speed Login
A close button is available on Dashboards in the upper right corner of the page. Clicking the X button closes the dashboard and all gadgets. This reduces the amount of memory used by Enterprise, particularly in cases where a dashboard has a large number of gadgets. In addition, the button alleviates situations in which users are unable to navigate away from the dashboard until it is completely loaded.
Close All Open Windows
A button is available on the Taskbar allowing a user to close all open windows. Momentus recommends users click this if they feel the application is becoming less responsive. If there are open windows that have pending changes, users receive a message allowing them to save their changes. Clicking this button not only closes the open windows but also clears large data collections stored in the client-side memory.
Limit the Number of Open Windows
Related to the tip above, there is a system parameter that allows administrators to limit the number of Enterprise windows users have open at one time. See Restrict Number of Windows Open for more information.

I am interested in the latter 3, we are on 20.8C, are these in this release or is there now a later patch we request to upgrade to for these fixes?

You'll want to contact client care to get the specific patch combination that will work for you. This might involve a hot fix or the option to hold for the "D" patch.
