If you need to remain aware of updates to an incident that you are not directly involved in or responsible for, you can subscribe to new updates or change for any incident.

This can be done through two ways;

Within the Incident List, click on the 3 dots to the right side of the page and select 'Subscribe to Updates'

When clicking into the incident, either add your user details (or others) in the 'Subscribers' section at the top of the page, or click 'Subscribe to updates' within the 3 dots section again
