Confidential Risks, Issues and Opportunities

Risks, Issues and Opportunities have a privacy status option that can be selected upon creation, and viewed and edited in the Risk, Issue or Opportunity details page. These items can be made 'Confidential', meaning that only the Risk / Issue / Opportunity or Action Owners, Risk Managers, Admin Users and the specific Project Manager will be able to see or edit them.

All risks, issues and opportunities are created by default as 'Open' to those with the correct viewing permissions, unless made 'Confidential'.

Confidential risks, issues and opportunities, if you can see them, are indicated by a padlock icon after their name in risk, issue and opportunity lists.
