A campaign and its steps can be edited after it is created and the accounts/contacts have been retrieved. If you make changes to any of the campaign steps, including adding or removing steps, you will need to retrieve the accounts/contacts again. To add a new campaign, see Add a Campaign. Edit Campaign Information
To edit campaign information:
- Navigate to the Campaigns page for the area of Momentus Enterprise for the campaign (Event CRM, Registration, and so on) and select the campaign to edit.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign window opens.
- Make the necessary updates.
- Click OK.
Edit Campaign Steps
To edit campaign steps:
- Navigate to the Campaigns page for the area of Momentus Enterprise for the campaign (Event CRM, Registration, and so on) and select the campaign to edit.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign window opens.
- Select the Campaign Steps tab.
- Select the campaign step to edit.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign Step window opens.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click OK.
Be sure to retrieve accounts/contacts again after editing campaign steps!

Are you able to multi edit project detail status within a campaign - cant see it on the tools facility

Select multiple records, right click, tools, campaigns, change detail status on campaign.
Found that on a local 20.80L install (so if it's not available on your system it must be a configuration/access issue).
Shout if you can't find it i'll hop on and take a look.
