Update a Campaign or a Campaign Step

You can make updates to a campaign after it is already created and after retrieving the accounts/contacts. 

If you make an update to a campaign that includes changes to any of the campaign steps, including adding or removing campaign steps, then you need to retrieve the accounts/contacts again. 

Update Campaign Information

  1. Click the Campaigns link for the applicable area of Momentus Enterprise for the campaign (Event CRM, Registration, etc.). The Campaigns screen opens.
  2. Select the campaign to edit.
  3. Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign screen opens.
  4. Make the necessary updates.
  5. Click OK.

Update Campaign Steps

  1. Click the Campaigns link for the applicable area of Momentus Enterprise for the campaign (Event CRM, Registration, etc.). The Campaigns screen opens.
  2. Select the campaign to edit.
  3. Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign screen opens.
  4. Select the Campaign Steps tab. Proceed as needed:
    • To add a new campaign step, click the Add button.
    • To edit an existing campaign step:
      1. Select the campaign step.
      2. Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign Step screen opens.
      3. Make the necessary changes.
      4. Click OK.
    • To copy a campaign step:
      1. Select the campaign step.
      2. Right-click and select Copy Step. A copy icon displays to the left of the selected link to indicate it copied.
      3. Select the step you want before the step you have copied.
      4. Right-click and select Paste Step. The Paste Campaign Step screen opens.
      5. Enter a new description for the step.
      6. Click OK. The new step is added after the selected step.
    • To rearrange the order of the steps:
      • Select a campaign step.
      • Right-click and select Rearrange Rows. The Rearrange Rows screen opens.
      • Use the arrow buttons on the left to change the order of the campaign steps.
      • Click OK.

    Are you able to multi edit project detail status within a campaign - cant see it on the tools facility

    Select multiple records, right click, tools, campaigns, change detail status on campaign.

    Found that on a local 20.80L install (so if it's not available on your system it must be a configuration/access issue).

    Shout if you can't find it i'll hop on and take a look.
