You can use campaign groups to better organize and categorize your campaigns.
Add a Campaign Group
- Click the Campaign Groups link from the Main Menu. The Campaign Groups page opens.
- Click the Add button. The Add Campaign Group window opens.
- Enter the following information:
- Description - Name of the campaign group.
- Status - Active campaign groups are available for selection when assigning a campaign group to a campaign.
- Code - Unique alphanumeric value.
- Click OK.
Change a Campaign Group
You can change the description of the campaign group after you have created it. When you change the description of a campaign group, it updates wherever the campaign group is used. If you don't want to update the already existing campaign group data, then you must add a new campaign group using the steps in Add a Campaign Group.
- Click the Campaign Groups link from the Main Menu. The Campaign Groups page opens.
- Select the campaign group to edit.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign Group window opens.
- Make the desired change.
- Click OK.
Inactivate a Campaign Group
If you no longer use a campaign group but want to keep record of it for reporting or other purposes, you can make it inactive. When you make a campaign group inactive, it is no longer available for selection for campaigns.
- Click the Campaign Groups link from the Main Menu. The Campaign Groups page opens.
- Select the campaign group to make inactive.
- Right-click and select Edit. The Edit Campaign Group window opens.
- Select Inactive from the Status drop-down.
- Click OK.
Delete a Campaign Group
If you no longer use a campaign group and don't want to keep a record of it, you can delete it. When you delete a campaign group that is used, you receive a prompt to select a campaign group to replace the campaign group you are deleting. You cannot undo the delete or delete and replace process.
- Click the Campaign Groups link from the Main Menu. The Campaign Groups page opens.
- Right-click on the campaign group to delete.
- Select Mark for Delete.
- Click the Save button. If the campaign group is used, the Replace window opens.
- Select the campaign group from the drop-down to replace the deleted campaign group.
- Click OK.

We are using campaigns and put them in groups. Is there a way to create a results view that shows all contacts within the campaigns within a group as one master results view?
