You can cancel registrants, registration items and/or registration orders. When you cancel registrants, registration items and/or registration items, you can use cancellation fees to automatically charge a cancellation fee.
After you cancel the registrant, registration item and/or registration order, you can then process any applicable refunds. Refunds are not automatically processed when cancelling a registrant, registration item or registration order.

Hi, I'm just testing 23.1. on our TEST environment and did not get the prompt to cancel the order after canceling the only registrant there... Is this a bug or is there a setting that has changed?
Thanks

Hi Elisabeth,
That was an unintended change. I will get a ticket in for our development team to resolve.
